What are the signs that indicate that it's time to change your job?

I believe first of all that you should find a job that is closely related to your passions in life. Obviously, if you are not excited and passionate about what you do then you can’t possibly succeed. The signs that I personally believe that it’s time to leave are:

· You are not growing – If you are not growing as a person, then you need to find a career that will challenge your skills.

· Too many negative people surrounding you – Negative people will try to bring you down and keep you away from your goals. If they are not going anywhere, what makes you think that they want you to succeed?

· If you’re not excited about going to work – If you have to drag yourself out of bed every morning to go to work, then you need a new career that you can feel good about.

· If you are embarrassed about where you work – If you don’t like saying where you work, or feel bad about yourself everyday just to make a buck then you need to leave. No, I’m not talking about strippers or anything lol.

That’s about all that I can think of right now. I hope that I helped a little so you can make the best decision for you. Don’t let anyone tell you that you shouldn’t be working in a particular job or anywhere. If you are happy and can take care of yourself and/or family, then do your thing. Your career should be something that is a personal growth choice and not based on what society accepts or expects of you. Peace
